Duplexes can be occupied under two plans: The Founder's Plan, which requires the payment of an entrance fee upon admission and a monthly maintenance fee. See Housing Options under Independent Living on the main menu for payment options. The Rental Plan, which requires a deposit and a one year contract. There are a variety of floor plans and amenities to choose from. Duplexes range in price from $90,000 to $176,000; rent prices start at $1,200 per month.
